(3) AC/DC integrated charging pile

When there are many charging services in the daytime, DC mode is used for fast charging. When there are few users of the charging station at night, AC charging is used for slow charging. 1. Characteristics of AC charging pile

(2) The power of AC charging pile is generally relatively small and the charging speed is relatively slow. After an electric vehicle is completely discharged, it usually takes about 8 hours to charge through AC charging pile.

(3) protection function. Ac charging piles shall comply with IP54 (outdoors) and be equipped with rainproof and sunscreen devices to protect charging piles from rain. The shell door of charging pile is equipped with anti-theft lock, and the bolts fixing the AC charging pile must be installed or removed after opening the shell door. The iron shell of the charging pile and the exposed iron bracket and parts shall be double-layer anti-rust measures. The non-iron metal shell shall be provided with anti-oxidation protective film or anti-oxidation treatment;

2. Characteristics of DC charging pile

(1) The DC charging pile is larger than the AC charging pile, because there are a certain number of power modules inside the DC charging pile. The higher the power, the more modules, the larger the pile. Suitable for installation in public areas.

(2) The DC charging pile can monitor the status of the battery and automatically adjust the charging curve, charging current and charging voltage according to the temperature and voltage of the battery.

(3) Each direct-flow charging pile has its own operator, so as to provide users with charging mode selection and operation guidance, and display electric vehicle battery status and user IC card fee information, realizing unsupervised management;

(4) The DC charging pile can judge whether the charging connector and the charging cable are correctly connected. After the connection is correct, the charging machine is allowed to start charging. If the connection is not normal, it can immediately stop charging and send an alarm message.

(5) DC charging pile is suitable for bus special charging pile. Because of the working nature of buses, 200-350kw high-power DC charging pile is generally used. When the bus comes back from a trip, the driver takes 10-15 minutes to recharge the vehicle.

Third. Ac/DC integrated charging pile
